Jon McRae, D.D.S.
Dr. McRae grew up in Marianna, FL the third of four brothers. He attended the University of Alabama where he met his wife Janet, who was from Lakeland, FL, and received his BS degree with a major in chemistry and a minor in English. He then went on to the Medical College of Virginia where he received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. After serving two years as a general dentist in the US Air Force he began practicing dentistry in Bainbridge in 1972 and since that time has been dedicated to maintaining and improving the dental health of his patients.
Dr. McRae is an Elder in the First Presbyterian Church of Bainbridge, past chairman and present member of the Industrial Development Authority of Bainbridge and Decatur County, member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Southwest District Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
He and Janet have three children, Beth, Mallory, and Stephen who have given them twelve grandchildren to love and enjoy in any spare time they have.
